As explained, a series of technical errors caused the “apparently irremediable” loss of the data corresponding to the last three years of activity on the platform.
Due to the impossibility of restoring the information, the administrators chose to close the site temporarily, although they warned that, If they fail to recover the data, the closure will be definitive.
