As cryptootics reported, Doge and Musk have a relationship that dates back to years. In fact, on April 2, 2019, the dog community Shiba Inu voted in favor for the businessman was proclaimed as CEO of the Memecoin.

Musk was also part of Trump’s cabinet as head of the Department of Government Efficietywhose acronym coincides with the cryptocurrency ticket: Doge. Finally, the Tesla CEO ended up renouncing that position. Although the protagonists said it was in good terms, the truth is that the relationship was already beginning to show some cracks.

And that tense calm lasted until Musk criticized the new fiscal package. Trump’s response soon arrived and publicly lashed out at the one who until then had been one of his advisors.

From there, the fight was climbing, at the time Musk launched an explosive accusation: he said that Trump appears in the files related to Jeffrey Epstein and that this would be the reason why they have not been made public. As if that were not enough, he also suggested that the president should be dismissed.

In the last hours, Musk reversed and apologized. So far, there was no Trump response.
