Endesa launches a search engine that identifies fraudulent commercial calls
Endesa has launched a new digital tool on its website that allows customers to check if the number from which they have received a commercial call is authorized by Endesa Energía or if it is a fraudulent action.
According to Endesa, the objective of this action is to protect users against telephone scams and abusive business practices that impersonate the identity of the company.
In fact, the electricity company reports that it has detected a alarming increase in fraudulent practices in the marketwhich are causing customers to leave without them being aware.
“These actions, which affect both domestic customers and small businesses, represent a serious violation of consumer rights and distort the correct functioning of the electricity market,” he laments.
