Mapfre expands the services and functionalities of its health insurance

Mapfre has announced the expansion of services and functionalities that it offers through its health insuranceaccording to the statement sent this Tuesday.

On the one hand, expands the number of psychotherapy sessions in cases of gender violence, for eating disorders and bullying up to 40 per insured per year.

Likewise, as a new Mapfre will allow up to 20 psychotherapy video consultations through the appwhich until now could only be done in person.

This application, in addition, will incorporate new functionalities during 2026 such as digital physiotherapy guided by artificial intelligence, which allows you to perform exercises adapted to different body areas, or video consultations for the interpretation of analytics.

Finally, it reports the incorporation of video consultations of specialties in English, available in 14 medical areasincluding family medicine, with consultation reports also available in English.
