Movie about Bitcoin will premiere in Madrid cinemas – DiarioBitcoin

“Bitcoin Revolution“, a documentary directed and written by the popularizer of Bitcoin, Juan en Cripto, will be released on June 20 in Madrid theaters. It will also arrive in Colombia and the rest of Latin America.

Bitcoin is reaching the screens of the seventh art in Spain.
A new feature film in documentary format will soon be released in Madrid cinemas. Is about “Bitcoin Revolution”a film by the educator and influencer of cryptocurrencies Juan Pablo Mejía, better known as Juan in Crypto.
The appointment comes from the distributor NEW FREQUENCY and has an informative approach that seeks to expand the conversation about the transformative potential of Bitcoin. Beyond focusing on the native cryptocurrency as an investment asset, the film delves into the technological potential of Bitcoinhighlighting its place within the great revolutions of our time.
Well-known faces from the community of digital currency enthusiasts in Latin America and Spain participate in the feature film in interviews and conversations that range from the origins and foundations of Bitcoin to use and adoption cases, advances in the sector, anecdotes and opinions of experts and connoisseurs.
Among the notable appearances are the Mexican businessman, Ricardo Salinas Pliego, owner of the Aztec Group who has spoken in favor of Bitcoin; Andrés Herzog, lawyer and former candidate for the presidency of Spain; Lunaticoin, podcaster and content creator about Bitcoin and Diego Gutiérrez, Argentine businessman co-founder of Rootstock.
The film was shot between 2021 and 2023 in Spain, El Salvador, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina and has a duration of 80 minutes, and has the support of Rootstock and Rayyo Wallet as their sponsors.
“Bitcoin Revolution” will be presented in a preview at the MK2 Cinema Peace Madrid next June 20, and will begin to be screened in Spanish theaters starting the following day. It will simultaneously arrive in movie theaters in Colombia with plans to expand its projection on screens in Latin America and the world.
