“We are in the final phase of Bitcoin’s upward cycle,” says Willy Woo

  • Each fall could be a prelude before new maximums, says Woo.

  • Bitcoin Vector anticipates an “imminent attack” to the ATH area for Bitcoin.

Willy Woo, a professional analyst and trader, argues that the price of Bitcoin (BTC) is preparing to reach new historical maximums (ATH).

Willy Woo’s analysis is based on the indicator «Macro Cycle Risk» (Risk of the macroeconomic cycle, in Spanish), which models the liquidity of the BTC market to identify entry and exit points during large cycles.

“We are in the final phase of the cycle. Risk falls are new liquidity areas, often a prelude, to reach new maximums,” he explains.

Every time the indicator «Macro Cycle Risk» falls, as is currently happening, It is a sign that new liquidity enters the system. Historically, each fall has been the prelude to strong upward movements.

In the following graph, it is observed how these Risk setbacks (red line) have coincided with phases of accumulation prior to maximum ruptures (2017, 2021 and 2024). Currently, and with the decrease indicator, the price of Bitcoin (yellow line) is close to 109,000 dollars, loading fuel to go looking for a new ATH.

As Cryptonoticias has reported, the Bitcoin Vector research firm, where Willy Woo is a member, also projects that BTC could experience a bullish breakdown. “An attack on the ATH area is imminent for Bitcoin,” said his analysts.

They also warned that before achieving the definitive break towards the ATH, It is possible that a temporary correction that works as a “bassist trap” is produceda misleading fall before experiencing the true upward movement.

This bullish rupture could be accompanied by a period of high volatility or a price correction, since, according to Willy Woo, the market is in the final phase of the cycle, as Woo had mentioned weeks ago. That is, the price of BTC can never reach levels seen before, but there is still uncertainty about whether it will consolidate it.
