From the Canary Islands it lands in Madrid to highlight Canarian products and promote their consumption throughout the Peninsula.

Next Monday, November 24, Madrid will host the official presentation of From the Canary Islandsa communication initiative aimed at promoting the consumption of Canarian products in the Peninsula and to make visible the quality and uniqueness of its gastronomic and mass consumption offer.
The objective of the campaign is to highlight the seal of ‘Made in the Canary Islands’ products both in Madrid and in the rest of the national market during the next year and to prepare new commercial actions adapted to the interests of the sector.
The promoters of the initiative want raise consumer awareness about the benefits of Canarian products, support the food sector, promote its quality and uniqueness and open new opportunities.
The central axis of the project is a web-app which will allow, with a single click, locate points of sale of Canarian products throughout Spain.
The meeting will take place next Monday, November 24, at the Clara del Río Spacelocated at Maestro Alonso Street, 25 in Madrid.
The day will be divided into a press session from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and a professional session from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. The opening of doors It is scheduled for 11:30 a.m.
The event will bring together some of the most emblematic brands of the Canary Islandssuch as Gofio La Piña, Panna and Pomodoro, Grupo Kalise, Maxorata, Jualex Canarias, Tirma, Arehucas, Ahembo–Clipper, Libby’s, Bandama, Unicorf, Argodey Fortaleza and Ejove Laboratory. Of these, the following will be physically present in the exhibition: Gofio La Piña, Panna y Pomodoro, Grupo Kalise, Maxorata, Tirma, Arehucas, Ahembo–Clipper, Bandama, Unicorf and Argodey Fortaleza.
Each company will have a space decorated like a small domestic living room, designed to promote a close and pleasant atmosphere. In the central area, a large still life will be installed with all the products on display. In addition, a specific area will be set up to present the initiative, equipped with a large rear screen, sofa and armchair.
The meeting will feature the participation of the chef Victor EllinExecutive Chef of the Barbillon Group, who will perform a showcooking with tastings. Ellin has been working with Canarian products for a year, which he has already incorporated into his catering proposals for events.
