Iberia increases its capacity to fly to Buenos Aires next winter
Iberia will unfold next winter season 5% more capacity to fly between Madrid and Buenos Airesconsolidating the operation that the airline is offering in the current summer season.
Specifically, four new frequencies will be added to the current 17 weekly frequencies – seven more than last winter – so that the company’s customers will have a total of 21 weekly frequencies between Spain and Argentina.
Furthermore, most of the frequencies -19 of 21-, will be operated by A350 aircraft, the largest and most advanced model of the fleet, which has a capacity for 348 people and a configuration of three cabins (Business, Premium Economy and Economy). In addition, it is more efficient as it consumes 35% less fuel than other similar models.

Buenos Aires is presenting in Madrid the best of its cultural and gastronomic offer. To celebrate the 15 years of the Declaration of tango as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO, Iberia will teach four classes of this dance at the Iberia Space, the popup that the company has opened at Gran Vía, 48.
The first took place this Thursday, May 16, and included a previous performance by Visit Buenos Aires and a cocktail with typical products from there. Visitors will also be able to dance to the rhythm of tango on Thursday and Friday of next week, May 23 and 24.
