How to make an invoice with Verifactu step by step

In order to create an invoice in the Tax Agency application, it is necessary to access the part of ‘Invoice Issuance’. This process will be divided into three different steps, which appear differentiated at the top of the form.   2. ​From there, the details of the recipient or client will have to be completed. It can be done manually from ‘New recipient’ or complete it automatically provided it has been previously stored in ‘Customer management’. In this case, you will have to click on ‘Select recipient’.
  3. Afterwards, you will have to complete the identification data of the invoice and its classification. In the same way as before, it can be done manually, although the Tax Agency recommends first generating a series from serial number management. Of these, one would be for ordinary invoices and another for corrective invoices and thus automatically comply with the regulations.
  4. Regarding the operation data, it will be necessary to complete the invoice descriptionwhile the date of operation will only have to be entered if it does not coincide with the date of issue.
  5. Afterwards, you must enter the product or service data that are included in the invoice. As before, you can do it manually or automatically if they have been previously registered using the ‘Recover product/service’ option. Additionally, here you can include operations under the equivalence surcharge regime. It will also be possible to add data regarding invoice adjustments (global withholding and other adjustments) and payment information.
  6. ​Finally, the part of Validate and Generate Bill It will allow you to advance to the next step of the process and if you do not want to, you can always click on ‘Save draft’ and continue later.

Already in the section of ‘Sign and send application’ All the completed data can be viewed to confirm if all the information on the invoice is correct. In addition, you can preview it before it is broadcast. Once all the data is reviewed, you can return to the previous step or advance to the last step.

In the last step you will find a confirmation window where you must press the button ‘According’ and then that of ‘Sign and Send’. In this tab you can also cancel the process and review the invoice data again. To do this, you must click on the ‘Show/Hide’ option to sign data.
