Pillars for a new stage

This work has led to redefining the future approach with the aim of ensure its relevance and effectiveness over timegenerating a greater measurable social impact. To achieve this, the Santander Solidarity Network has been structured around three fundamental strategic axes of action.

Firstly, financial sustainability, which will be worked on through the training in economic management. In this way, entities will be able to design and implement their own sustainability plans, in collaboration with experts from the university field and the social sector.

Secondly, it focuses on the digital transformation, with special emphasis on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. By promoting training and support to improve operational efficiency, we seek to protect data and adopt technological tools in a safe manner adapted to the reality of each organization.

The last axis is leadership and institutional strengthening, managing to enhance the governance and strategic management capabilities of social entities. The scholarship program to obtain the Fundación Lealtad seal, as well as workshops and practical sessions on leadership, talent attraction, transparency, planning and good governance will be essential to achieve this.
