The publication of the President’s account announces, in English, that Bitcoin has become legal tender in the country. And it also points out that confirms access to a 5 million dollars reserve (USD) and bonds for citizens enabled for cryptocurrencies, saying that “your investment today will determine the scale of this deployment.”
