Mercadona is looking for employees with salaries of 2,300 euros, 37 days of vacation and only one requirement

Mercadona, the leading company in the supermarket sector in Spain, is looking for staff. Its employment portal includes different job offers for all of Spain for store staff, logistics blocks, Mercadona online, Mercadona IT and offices.
These positions will benefit from the recent improvements approved by the Mercadona Management Committee, which has agreed to extend the vacation period by one more week for its 110,000 workers. This means that they will go from 30 to 37 days a year.
Furthermore, the company has also decided distribute extra pay in the month of March to all its employees. It represents a total of an extraordinary bonus of 280 million euros, corresponding to a monthly payment, which will be added to the variable remuneration, one or two monthly payments depending on the seniority of each worker.
As for salary, everything depends on the position to be filled. For example, those who aspire to become a Computer Technician should know that the salary is more than 3,100 euros gross per month. For a person who starts in a store, for a 40-hour week in their first year they receive about 1,685 euros gross per month, with progression up to 2,280 euros per month for work days of forty hours a week.
