Sesderma grows 10% and invoices 101.3 million euros until September

The dermocosmetic group Sesdermaled by the renowned dermatologist Dr. Gabriel Serrano, maintains its growth path in 2025, with a Accumulated turnover of 101.3 million euros until September10% more than in the same period of the previous year. According to the group’s accounts, the momentum has been concentrated in the third quarter, with the months of August and September being the most dynamic of the year.
Growth is supported by international expansion, which registered an increase of 14% and Accumulated turnover exceeds 78.3 million euros. This advance has allowed Sesderma to strengthen its presence in the main international markets and consolidate its position as a global benchmark in dermocosmetics.
The international area remains the main engine of growth, with a notable progress in Russia, Mexico and the United States. Altogether, the subsidiaries with increased sales recorded a growth of 17%, consolidating the group’s global strategy, especially in China and Asia.
On the other hand, in the national market, Sesderma maintains a stable level of activity, with an accumulated turnover of 23 million euros until September. Within this figure stands out Dermopartners, the third-party manufacturing business unit, which continues to grow year after year and has reached a turnover of 9.1 million euros at the end of September. With more than 30 years of experience, Dermopartners collaborates with clients around the world, developing and advising personalized solutions adapted to the needs of each market.
Looking ahead to 2026, the division already has signed new strategic projects, both with current clients and with new additions, consolidating its position as one of the industrial pillars of the group.
Besides, The Sophieskin brand continues to strengthen its position, with an increase of 14% in its accumulated billing until September, confirming the good reception of the line in the mass consumption channel.
For its part, the Mediderma professional line grows 4%, driven by its expansion in Latin America and the United States. Both segments advance in the optimization of commercial structures and strengthening relationships with strategic clients, with the aim of laying the foundations for a new cycle of sustainable growth.
Sales skyrocket
The month of September has been a turning point in international activity, with a 33% increase in billing compared to the same month in 2024. Russia, Mexico, Colombia and the United States are leading this growth, along with solid performance in Latin America, the Middle East and Asia, anticipating a particularly positive year-end on a global level.
In Spain, the group’s activity grew by 21% in September, channel driven on-line (+224%) and the advance of retail (+13%)especially in pharmacies and large accounts. This result confirms the effectiveness of the omnichannel strategy and Sesderma’s ability to adapt to new digital consumption trends.
In addition, Sesderma’s new logistics platform, inaugurated in January 2024, has been a significant boost to the group’s productive capacity. With more than 6,500 m² and capacity for 12,000 pallets, The expansion has increased the logistics surface by more than 30% of the Valencian company. The investment, exceeding four million euros, allows the manufacturing of up to 100 million annual units of dermocosmetic products, more than 80% of which are destined for international markets.
Strategy in Asia and China
After the recent opening in the Thai market, Mediderma’s entry into the Chinese market is also added, after sign a strategic distribution agreement with Wanjing Groupone of the main references in the aesthetic medicine sector in China, which has more than 45,000 professional aesthetic centers.
