Telefónica and unions close the agreement to carry out an ERE of at least 4,539 workers

The management of Telefónica and the unions put an end to the negotiation of the employment regulation file (ERE) with an agreement that leaves the minimum impact of the adjustment on 4,539 workersaround 25% less than the 6,088 departures proposed in the initial dossier. After three intense weeks of meetings with the union representatives of the seven affected companies, both parties will sign an agreement next Monday that, among other labor improvements, contains the extension of the collective agreements until 2030.

The final photograph places the minimum outputs at 3,765 people in CEV companies (2,925 in Telefónica de España, 1,200 in Telefónica Soluciones and 720 in Móviles) and 599 for GBUs (301 in Telefónica SA, 186 in Digital Innovation and 112 in Global Solutions.
