Air Nostrum returns 20 million euros in aid from the SEPI fund for strategic companies



The airline Air Nostrum has returned 20 million euros of those received as aid due to the impact of Covid from the Fund to Support the Solvency of Strategic Companies (FASEE), which manages the State Society of Industrial Participations (SEPI)as reported by the public conglomerate in a statement. The financial support received by this airline amounts to a total of 111 million of euros.

The SEPI has reportedRecovery to date of a total of 1,708 million euros of subscribers for this instrument to companies considered strategic, so that they could face the economic impact as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and maintain employment levels.

From the public group they have stressed that the Fund supported 28 companies for a total amount of 2,681 million euros and that, from July 2022 to the present, 10 beneficiary companies have returned all of the committed loans: Ávoris, Eurodivisas, Wamos, Rugui Steel, Ferroatlántica, Soho, Hesperia, Hotusa, Air Europa and Técnicas Reunidas.
