Banco Sabadell distributes 370 million euros this Monday among its shareholders



Sabadell Bank distributes its second interim dividend this Monday based on 2025 results, for an amount of 0.07 euros per share, which represents a total disbursement of 370 million euros.

This payment is in addition to the one already made on August 29, also of 0.07 euros per share. On the whole, Both amounts amount to 740 million euros, which represent 46% of the profits registered until September.

The entity must still pay a third interim dividend against the results of the year, in line with the shareholder remuneration policy approved at the last meeting, marked by BBVA’s failed takeover bid (OPA). This third dividend will be distributed between March and April 2026.

The current shareholder remuneration plan for the period 2025-2027 contemplates a total distribution of 6.3 billion euros. This amount, which will be articulated through cash dividends and share repurchases, includes the distribution of 60% of the period’s profits, the distribution of all capital that exceeds 13% and an extraordinary dividend of 2.5 billion euros linked to the sale of TSB.

Only for fiscal year 2025, The bank plans to distribute 1.3 billion euros between cash dividends and share buybacks. For the years 2026 and 2027, Sabadell estimates that it will remunerate its shareholders with at least 2,500 million euros.
