Correos sells the DGT V16 beacons that will be mandatory in 2026: this is their price
Mail is marketing the new V16 pre-signaling beacons, geolocatable and approved by the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT), which will be mandatory from January 2026.

The new devices, which must be carried in the glove compartment of the vehicle, have a real-time geolocation system that incorporates a personalized IMEI in each beaconso in the event of a breakdown or accident, it can be activated in a matter of seconds, while the beacons have data coverage until 2038.
In turn, Correos also makes it easier for all citizens to acquire the DGT environmental badges necessary to access the Low Emissions Zone (ZBE), and four types of labels are currently marketed, depending on the environmental impact of the vehicle: 0 emissions (blue), Eco (blue and green), Label C (green) and Label B (yellow).
