Ibercaja exceeds 28.2 billion in assets managed until September, 9.5% more



Ibercaja Managementthe manager of the Zaragoza bank, manages to set a new record for assets managed at the end of September, surpassing the 28.2 billion euros, which represents an increase of 9.5% on the volume administered at the end of 2024.

According to data released by the bank this Monday, the increase of 2,450 million euros in the first nine months of the year has been accompanied by a significant growth in the number of participants in this period, more than 7,400, exceeding 260,000 at the end of September.

Between January and September, The Aragonese manager achieved 1,877 million euros of new contributions to its investment fundsa figure that exceeds by 60% that achieved in the same period of 2024 and places it in the top 5 of the Spanish managers with the highest numbers of entries.

According to the general director of the Ibercaja fund manager, Lily Corridor“this means capturing 7.5 out of every 100 euros of entries into the sector which, together with the returns obtained, has led us to increase the volume managed by 2,450 million euros”, which is 60% more than in the same period of the previous year and 20% more compared to the figure for the entire 2024 year.

The weighted average profitability in the first nine months of the year stood at 2.25% across the entire range, which amounts to 3.54% if we refer to the last 12 months.

The Aragonese manager highlighted that, year after year, in the last five years, they have recorded growth in the number of investment fund clients. Specifically, since December 2020 and until the end of the quarter, there has been a 37% increase in clients, which translates into 69,700 new participants.
