The Ministry of Finance will convene next Monday, November 17, a new meeting of the Fiscal and Financial Policy Council (CPFF), in which it plans to transfer to regional officials the budgetary stability and public debt objectives that they must adhere to in the period 2026-2028 and will also transfer to them the spending ceiling or non-financial spending limit that should serve as the axis for the preparation of the General Budgets of the State of 2026. Sources from the Ministry have confirmed to Economic Information that the conclave will meet at noon.

The agenda includes seven points, among which the Treasury also includes the “status of the reform of the autonomous financing system” and it is foreseeable that the autonomies will rule on the singular financing proposal.
