Repsol, Cellnex, Acerinox and Amadeus will pay more than 1,132 million



Four Ibex 35 companies –Repsol, Cellnex, Acerinox and Amadeus– will distribute to their shareholders just over 1,132 million euros in dividends during the remainder of January, according to data from Europa Press based on the calendars sent by the companies listed on the Spanish Stock Exchange.

Specifically, Repsol will pay around 564 million euros, Cellnex will pay 252 million, Acerinox will disburse 77 million and Amadeus will pay just over 238 million, according to estimates made based on the number of shares in circulation and the expected dividend per share.

Today is the last day to acquire Cellnex shares with the right to dividend, which will pay its shareholders 0.37 euros gross per share this Thursday, January 15. For its part, Repsol will pay this Wednesday, January 14, a dividend of 0.50 euros gross per share. The date to acquire shares with the right to dividend has already passed last week.

Along these lines, the Amadeus board of directors in December has agreed to distribute an interim dividend against 2025 results for a fixed amount of 0.53 euros gross per share, the payment will be made effective this Friday, January 16, while the exclusion date (‘ex-date’) has been set for this Wednesday, January 14.

However, Amadeus has specified that this dividend policy could be subject to change based on market forecaststhe financial circumstances, the evolution of the business itself or the cash needs and debt obligations of the company. In the event of any alteration, the company will proceed to make the appropriate communication to the market.

In addition, Acerinox will close payments for the month on Friday of next weekJanuary 23, with a gross dividend of 0.31 euros per share. January 21 will be the date from which Acerinox shares will be listed without the right to this dividend.
