These are the services best and worst valued by Spanish consumers

Internet and mobile telephony They remain the services best valued by Spaniards, while electricity is the one with the worst rating, according to the latest ‘Household Panel’ of the National Markets and Competition Commission (CNMC), with data from the second quarter of this year.
70% of consumers declare “satisfied or very satisfied” with Internet and mobile phone. They are followed by fixed broadband, pay television, landline telephony, natural gas and electricity. These last two attract, respectively, 11% and 9.8% of households “not at all or slightly satisfied” with these services, percentages to which we must add nearly 33% of indifferent and 55% “satisfied or very satisfied”.
Again on this panel, price is the main reason for dissatisfaction for almost all users of energy and telecommunications services. In the case of natural gas, the number of households dissatisfied for this reason was close to 90% and, in electricity, they reached 85.1%.
For their part, among customers who were little or not at all satisfied with the mobile internet service, the lack of service quality (54.9%) was ranked above price (47.7%) as the main reason for dissatisfaction. In the case of fixed broadband, The high cost (58.7%) was the main reason for discontent, ahead of the lack of quality of service (50.8%).
The CNMC Household Panel also collects information on users who have submitted complaints in the last twelve months. The fixed broadband service was once again the one with the most complaints (9.6%)in contrast to natural gas, which only received 5%.
