This is how the salaries of civil servants would be after the 11% increase proposed by the Government

After the rejection by the UGT, CSIF and CCOO unions of the Government of increase salaries of civil servants by 10% between 2025 and 2028last Thursday the Ministry of Public Function made a new proposal to increase the salary of employees more than three and a half million public employees of the national territory.

In addition to the base salary, the salaries of officials come into play: trienniums, specific complements and destination ones. Taking into account only the latter, the group that would have the greatest improvement would be A1whose salary could remain above the 36,300 euros.
In the case of the subgroup A2they would go from about 30,700 euros to about 34,120 euros. For his part, the group B would achieve salaries of 32,320 eurosthose of C1 would go from approximately 27,230 to 30,230 euros and those of C2 could add 28,290 euros annually in 2028.
