The Government improves its offer of a salary increase to civil servants to 11%, but the unions reject it again



The Government has slightly improved its salary increase offer for civil servants for the period 2025-2028. On Wednesday, the Public Service put on the table a cumulative increase of 10% for those four years, a proposal that the most representative unions in the public sector (CSIF, CCOO and UGT) rejected. The parties met again this Thursday and the Executive has raised its offer to 11%, a figure that the union centers continue to see as insufficient.
