The Ibex opens the third session of the year at historical highs and is close to 17,660 points
The Spanish stock market has begun the third session of the year at new historical highs, touching 17,660 points, in line with the advances of the rest of the markets, which despite the uncertainty have welcomed the United States attack on Venezuela with general increases.
Minutes after opening, The IBEX added 41 points, an increase of 0.24%and stood at 17,658 units. Fluidra led the rises, with an increase of 3.05%, followed by Grifols (2.22%), Sacyr (1.82%) and Banco Santander (1.27%).
Since the beginning of the year, The IBEX has chained two historical closing highsthe last this Monday, when it rose 0.7% to 17,614.4 points after reaching an intraday record of 17,629.9 units.
